Reservation Policy

  1. A 30% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required to secure your reservation. The minimum downpayment is two nights.
    Please contact us for our bank account details. You will be kindly asked to confirm your payment with us via email. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail with the summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately at [email protected] if you have any questions or require any changes.
    Note: any postponement of the reservation payment will be treated as a cancellation.
  2. Confirming your reservation with a bank transfer means you accept the terms of our cancellation policy. You are kindly asked to review our cancellation policy below.
  3. Any changes to your reservation must be received no less than 30 days prior to your original arrival date via email, and changes are subject to availability.
  4. After check in, accommodation balance has to be paid in full no later than two days before departure.
    Balance is payable via bank transfer or in cash (Euros).

Please note: Check-in: 1:00pm, Check-out: 12:00pm

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are handled as follows:

Guest Conduct


  1. Kastropolis and its employees shall not liable for
    • loss of items; the hotel has no responsibility for items stored within the hotel property. The hotel will however take responsibility if damage or loss of any item is caused through negligence by the hotel.
    • any damages caused mentally or physically as a result of, or in connection with:
      • Any delays or cancellations. In the event of a traveller becoming ill during a vacation, or having to cut their vacation short, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveller’s responsibility
      • Absence of travel documents, where required.
      • Force majeure: monetary crises, social / political unrest, labour problems, strikes, lockouts, electrical outages, acts of nature (weather conditions, earthquakes), flight cancellations or changes, threats or acts of terrorism, diseases or epidemics/pandemics, novel or unexpected conditions and local laws that are beyond the hotel’s reasonable control.
  2. The hotel reserves the right to adjust the price for new taxes/fees, which are beyond the control of the hotel.

It is the responsibility of the guests or the organizer to ensure that everyone involved in the reservation is aware of above mentioned reservation, cancellation and guest conduct policies.
